Horyaal Hospital is multi-specialty hospital with 150 beds, located
within heart of Belville along the Durban Road, Shaafi
Hospital will remain one of the most easily and securely accessible
private hospitals within the city. It’s location within the
Darbun- Road area allows for a quick and safe access by both
the corporate class and general public without undermining both
security and the quality of health care provided. Shaafi hospital
was established in 2024 an era when South-Africa so badly needed
a health care upgrade, as it picks up pieces of its structures that
were shattered during the conflict; the hospital’s mission is to
provide high quality yet very affordable health care to the people
living in Somalia. The hospital is governed by the same Board of
trustees and by Somali intellectuals made up of local leaders
